Operations Manager

Description: My right-hand man or woman. You will wear many hats, learn a LOT, and work with me very closely.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid in-person + remote – in person enough that you need to live in the Charlotte area)

Work Roles:

• Content Creation/Marketing
  • YouTube
    • Review video edits
    • Conduct research for some videos
    • Help ideate titles, thumbnails, video concepts. Work with designer(s) to make them perfect
    • Help film/script/edit parts of videos
  • Instagram/TikTok etc.
    • Ideate posts
    • Review video edits/post designs
    • Write posts
    • Help film parts of videos
    • Manage strategy
  • Emails
    • Write/Review promotional emails
    • Manage email list
  • Websites/Funnels
    • Project manage launch + maintenance
    • Project manage blog posts + site enhancements
• Community Management
  • Respond to questions asked inside our Discord community
  • Engage community regularly
• Coaching Student Support
  • Ensure students are getting the results they want
  • Familiarize yourself with each student and help provide accountability + additional resources to them
  • Provide support when Keaton is out of the office
  • Become proficient in everything Keaton teaches and act as an additional coach inside his programs

• Sales
  • Take sales calls
  • Set sales call appointments for Keaton
• Product
  • Organize products + systems for delivering them
  • Project Manage Product creation + delivery
  • Keep Products Constantly Up to Date

Expectations:

• Work 40 hours per week
• Daily Communication
• Weekly Meetings to Review Projects + Give Training
• Honesty in Reporting Hours Worked

Experience Necessary:

• 2+ Years of Marketing Automation Experience
• 2+ Years of Social Media Experience
• 2+ Years of Small Business Experience

Payment:

• $60,000/yr (Full time base salary)
• Up to $20,000 worth of performance bonuses available

Other Notes:

I am not completely ready to hire for this role yet. Just putting it out there to see who may be a good fit. I will be moving to Charlotte, NC end of 2023.
